in FLORIDA - SNOWBIRDS BEWARE !
Check out the medical expert opinion of Dr. Charles Phillips of California.
Dr. Phillips is an exemplary physician, who has taken on corporate healthcare giants [i.e. Kaiser] in the interest of responsible patient care.
This affidavit indicates the horrors to be experienced in Florida and elsewhere in the USA are not unusual. Governor Jeb Bush and his Agency Heads: Ruben King-Shaw, Jr., Dr. Brooks, Dr. Rhonda Medows [BlueCross/ BlueShield], found and find nothing wrong with the horrendous care of Zoe.
Zoe represents Florida's elderly - subject to Florida's Wrongful Death Clause and free game for corporate and unethical medical professional and med-mal insurance profits.
It is indicated that Florida's agency for health care administration [AHCA] had received two different sets of medical records = FRAUD and OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE. However, to protect campaign contributing corporations, Zoe and numerous untold elderly patients [and possibly childless singles and divorcees over age 25] were and are regularly sacrificed for corporate profits.
This is the most disgusting part: Your health and your life are worth nothing, when corporations are allowed to break the law with impunity.
Contrast the above document with the Florida DOH medical expert opinion - based on medical records, which Carol, the complainant and daughter of Zoe is not allowed to see.
From the statements, it appears that the medical records used were not the same, which again would indicate fraud. The investigation was postponed well over the Florida legal investigation time limits until the facility was renamed to the phony name used in billing Medicare.
If the same records were used by DOH as by Dr. Phillips, one can only see that
an elderly patient has only the right to die in Florida --not the right to responsible healthcare and respect for all patient's rights!
